COBHAM FAMILY HOME

A calm, neutral palette shaped the foundation of this full home transformation — a scheme built around gentle tones, soft transitions and a quietly classic sensibility. The layout was refined by repositioning doors and reimagining the dining room as a snug, creating a more intuitive flow through the house. New flooring, with recessed carpets inlaid into tiles, introduced subtle texture and architectural rhythm, while tray ceilings with atmospheric LED lighting lifted the vertical proportions and softened the ambience. Throughout, bespoke joinery with integrated lighting forms an architectural thread that grounds each room, complemented by layered window treatments, curved furniture and a sculptural staircase runner that adds movement and warmth. Considered wall panelling and a cohesive material palette tie the spaces together, creating a home that feels calm, balanced and beautifully composed — a place where craftsmanship, light and gentle detailing support ease, wellbeing and everyday elegance.
