COBHAM APARTMENT

The new‑build home was shaped around a gentle, neutral palette that brings calm, warmth and quiet refinement to every space. All hard finishes, including the tiled flooring, were carefully selected to create a cohesive architectural foundation, complemented by bespoke joinery designed to introduce structure, balance and understated elegance throughout. Furniture was curated to echo the home’s soft, natural tones, supporting a sense of ease and everyday comfort. Electric curtains add a layer of modern convenience and quiet luxury, allowing light and privacy to be controlled with effortless simplicity. The build itself was executed to an exceptionally high standard, ensuring every detail — from material junctions to lighting integration — was realised with precision and care. Together, these elements form a harmonious environment where materiality, proportion and gentle detailing create a timeless backdrop for contemporary living.
